Curation and standardization of International Brain Laboratory datasets for public release
Contracted by the International Brain Laboratory, we curated and standardized datasets from the collaboration’s distributed decision-making experiments for public release. The International Brain Laboratory coordinates a large number of laboratories running a shared behavioral and electrophysiological protocol, which makes consistent metadata and file organization a prerequisite for the data being usable outside the labs that produced it. This work built on our earlier IBL-to-NWB conversion pipeline.
